While talking with my attorney the other day, I asked him if he knew of a way that I could cut down on all the credit card bills that I have.  He told me that I should look into getting a debt consolidation loan.  He said that these types of lenders will look at your credit report to see how much debt you are in and they help reduce the debt that you owe, by lending you money to pay off the debts and build up your credit score.  He says they are smart in the way that you can not use the money for anything else, but paying down the debt.  I think I will check it out, I am glad I asked him.

Finding a quality piece of luxury real estate doesn’t have to be a mind boggling chore, and if you don’t feel that you are up to the challenge, you can also leave these duties up to a broker that will go out and find houses underneath your criteria that they believe you will want to look at.

I know that it is really very difficult to convince people to do this and that when there are a lot more things that we needed to do. I just put a book on hold at the library called How to Deal With Emotional Vampires. It gets into some pretty specific disorders, although I don’t suppose it would deal with exmormon people, huh? Not that all exmormon people are emotional vampires, but I’ve met a few who certainly are and want to talk trash about my beliefs non stop. It gets pretty old and they don’t quit no matter how many times you tell them to knock it off. I’m really looking forward to reading the book and learning how to deal with all sorts of time and energy suckers in my life.  Things are stressful enough without people like that.
