I am considering claiming bankruptcy and wondering what it will do to my credit. This is what I am figuring, since it is in the pits and when I cannot catch up it only gets worse, so why not do it and though I still have bad credit I won’t be getting all those mean and threatening calls from everyone I owe. I need to start over and I also have read you can get home and a Car Loan even when you have had this problem. So I am assured and feel much better about my decision. Perhaps I will be able to finally start anew.
