Animal Control Goes up Against an Arbitrator

My sister’s dog bit her mailman one day last summer.  The animal control were called immediately.  They had no choice but to take the dog and do some testing on him to make sure he was of no serious danger.  They suggested she put her dog to sleep.  Their little family was not very happy about this decision.  The animal control worker suggested that they can call an arbitration New York, this would save them time, as well as money.  My sister and the animal control worker all appeared before a group of three arbitrators.  My sister was able to keep her dog, and everyone was very happy with the outcome.
