Hotel accident prompts legal advice

We were on vacation in Hawaii having a wonderful time playing golf and tennis.  However, at our hotel my husband was injured by a fall in the hotel lobby from a wet floor.  The Hotel really should have a stricter policy about people in wet bathing suits because the floor was a hazard one had to maneuver carefully on a daily basis.
