How Much is the Average Yearly Salary for a Business Factoring Agent?

I have had my college degree in Business Administration for 4 years now. Even with a degree, I have yet to find a job that pays the yearly salary I want. A friend of mine owns his own finance company and asked me if I would be interested in a business factoring position there. This does sound very appealing, but he has yet to tell me how much my salary would be. If it isn’t going to be a large amount more than what I currently earn, there’s really no point in taking it. Does anyone know how much factoring agents normally start out earning per year?
