I live in a very remote area with difficult terrain

I live in a very remote area and my house is currently on some difficult topography. I really want to knock down my current home and build something that utilizes the environment and helps our planet. I’ve been looking into eco homes and have found some really great options. Because my house is so far removed and because of the terrain, I think that my best option is to build a prefabricated home. The construction is convenient and simple and my house will be built using environmentally friendly material like timber, which is a natural product. Also, because the components are all factory assembled, I feel more secure that the site construction will go off without any major issues. I’ve already got a few quotes and am hoping to start construction in fourth months.
