My grandparents really knew how to do things. They were debt free and owed no one, nothing, when they died. Additionally, they managed to save up a small bundle that they left us as an inheritance. They had no credit card debt, no house note, no car payment. That’s the way to go! I don’t knot that I’ll ever be out of debt. I just hope that I can break even before I die. I am not hoping to leave my kids a small fortune, I just don’t want them to have to pay anymore of my debts after I’m dead and gone.
