As most can tell by my question, I want to quit smoking, have tried many times, and I need help! I tried going “Cold Turkey” – didn’t work, tappering off – didn’t work, and the nicotine patch – none of these attempts were successful. But I can be honest – it was really my own lack of commitment that caused my failure. But a buddy told me about his same experience and that he had found out about Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He tried this and says that this is one Stop Smoking Program that really works. He said that this self-hypnosis method really made it easy for him to quit and all he did was download an MP3 audio program and listened to it before he went to sleep at night for about a week. Anyone else know about this?

Where I Got my Cancer Cure Bumper Magnet?
September 21st, 2010 — Cancer
I recently bought a bumper magnet which reads, “Fight Love Cure.” A friend saw it and thought it was awesome. She asked where she could buy her own. I told her that I found it on the Dream Inspire Believe website. The really cool thing about this bumper magnet is that I know that a portion of my purchase went to organizations that were looking for a cure for cancer. So in essence, I was supporting a cause by displaying it proudly on my car while providing some financial assistance to some very worthy groups fighting cancer at the same time.
How the Famous Have Helped Promote Cancer Awareness
July 1st, 2010 — Cancer
I was always amazed at how Lance Armstrong came back from cancer to race in the Tour De France. It is truly inspiring to see someone come back from such a terrible disease to the height of health. I know that through the sale of cancer fund raising apparel, Armstrong has done a great deal to help promote the cause of eradicating cancer. Of course Armstrong has a great venue to promote cancer awareness through his cycling and through many media outlets. It is wonderful that we have people like Armstrong on such a high level keeping awareness at the forefront so that hopefully future generations will not have to suffer through this disease.
