I have been waiting for the right time, and I think that it has finally arrived. I am ready to get serious about getting back in shape. The holidays are past and there are no big occasions in the near future. I am going to start getting on my treadmill headplant faithfully every morning before the children need to be awakened for school. I am also going to start seeing that the meals I cook are a little healthier and a lot less fattening. I know that I can do this if I really try, and walking every day should make a difference in my success.

When my mother asked me what I wanted for my birthday, I told her that I want a new paintball marker. I decided to tell it to my mom because I know that she will listen to me, and I know that she will do anything to make me happy. I need the new marker because my group will be joining a tournament next month. I will do everything I can to win the tournament because I want my mother to be proud of me. I want her to feel that all the money she has spent for me and my hobby is worth it.

My son has been skiing for over ten years now.  He finally signed up for his first competition a few weeks ago.  He competed in several different areas and actually won the downhill competition.  We are all so proud of him.  Of course he couldn’t do it without his new pair of Race Skis.  He spent a fortune on them, but obviously it was well worth it.  He raced with one of his best friend’s who had entered competitions in the past, so it was a really exciting event.  I hope my son continues to enter these events, as I believe the practice of racing could lead him to the Olympics someday.
