We just came across an applicant the other day that we couldn’t pass up. He is going to be starting on Monday and we are calling him the Web Design Manager. Hopefully, he is going to oversee everyone in that area of the office and work more on the big picture. We have a lot of people that work in this field, but we needed someone to head up the department and come up with the over all vision for what we are trying to achieve. I can’t wait for him to start because it frees me up to get some of the other work completed.
