It used to be more convenient for me to take in vitamin supplements before I go to work. Unfortunately, I realized these weren’t enough to sustain my energy and resistance to stress and pressure. It was difficult for me to cope with my increasingly dynamic schedule. It’s a good thing my friend introduced me to the paleo diet. It involved more complete and natural sources of vitamins and minerals for my daily needs. What’s more, I didn’t need to buy those supplements anymore because the vitamins and minerals I needed were incorporated into my meal. Artificial vitamins and minerals underwent a lot of chemical processes. This even made me doubt the ingredients in vitamin supplements. With natural vitamins and minerals, I felt a boost in my energy and a greater resistance to pressure and stress.
