My daughter has a great friend who has always had issues with her body. I think she’s beautiful and don’t see anything wrong with her, but she keeps talking about how much she hates her thighs, so I started talking with a friend of mine who has been working out and she told me that she found this website that gives some great exercises for thighs. I printed the information out and gave it to my daughter’s friend and she was so excited and began her workout right away. It’s been a couple of weeks and I can really see a difference already and she feels much better about herself already.
