Raw Food Diet Help

I’m looking for some help in getting started and sticking the raw food diet. I’ve been going back and forth between raw and cooked foods and for some reason can’t seem to stay 100% raw. I eat well for a few meals (and even days in some cases) but then those “primitive” urges hit me and I just need some bread or a favourite dessert. Some people have told me that it’s not a big deal to be 100% raw but it’s something I really want to do because I feel so much better when I eat raw foods. Any help would be appreciated.
