It’s Not Hard to Have Kitchen Island Cabinets Installed If You Have the Space

I do a lot of kitchen remodeling for new families who move into older homes, and one of the things almost every wife seems to want is a kitchen island. Not only do they want this usable center space created, but they often want lots of kitchen island cabinets worked into the base. It’s really not that hard to do as long as there is enough floor space for the size of the island itself. Sometimes it’s hard to convince them that there really isn’t enough room for one as large as they are requesting. To prove my point I bring in cardboard cabinet boxes and set up a temporary island. That usually wins the argument.
