Favorite pastime-cooking

I am planning to start a business which is centered on my favorite pastime – cooking. I would like to concentrate on home-made foods for breakfast like omelets, French toast and sausages. I also want to cook lunch which would include pasta, steak, mashed potatoes and buttered vegetables. I also am planning in making desserts like cakes and pastries. This restaurant that I want to put up requires a lot of planning, sacrifice, and discipline, not to mention the risk involved in investing my money. But even if my business wouldn’t be as successful as I expected, I would still have my complete kitchens which is worth treasuring.
