Government Takes Control

Going green is the new catch phrase and everyone has jumped on the wagon.  The government, not to be outdone, had to come up with something that would show Americians how concerned they are with the enviorment.  Thus, the Cap and Trade Programs.  This is a government controlled program, to some extent, existing in America and other countries.  Emissions credits are allotted per government to industry.  Someone has to be profiting here, it does not make sense otherwise.  I cannot help but be concerned about who in the government is running programs like these.  I wonder if lobbyists are involved in swaying more emission credits to larger companies they represent.
