Real estate brokers are having these apps developed in an effort to make the buying process easier for clients. Some of the functions include pricing, other homes for sale nearby and other data but unlike the original websites, the new apps are using global positioning technology. You do not even need to enter the postal code or address of the property. The interest in these applications has been staggering.
