Never underestimate the power of thank you

My secret weapon in business is that I send a lot of thank you letters. I don’t even write them myself. I’m not a great writer. I got a bunch off the site above and just personalize them and send them out every chance I get. I’ve gotten so much repeat business and compliments that I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner. And here’s a side bonus that I didn’t expect–I’m HAPPIER. Go figure. Maybe it’s the extra money. Maybe it’s all the compliments, but you know I really think there is something to that “attitude of gratitude” that Anthony Robbins was talking about. It makes all the difference.
