We have a lot of new employees at our plant. It seems like we grew so fast that a lot of people just did not get the training that we really want everyone to have. So, now I am going to find the best maintenance training to get everyone on the same page. It is important that everyone is doing the same tasks the same way. If we are all on the same page, I just know that it will be something that makes a big difference in the way that we are able to be effective in the work place.
